1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a factory, established in 2014 with over 10 years of custom clothing experience. We have our own production line and strict quality control. You deal directly with the manufacturer – no middlemen, no extra markups.

2. What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 200 pieces per style for most products. This allows us to produce efficiently while helping you minimize inventory risk. If you need a smaller quantity, please contact us to discuss.

3. How long is the lead time?

Our standard lead time is 20-30 days after order confirmation. Sampling usually takes about 7 days. The exact timeline may vary slightly depending on order quantity and product complexity.

4. What customization options do you support?

We support full customization:

Fabric selection: cotton, polyester, blends, moisture-wicking, anti-static, flame-resistant, etc.

Fit adjustment: modify patterns based on your sizing needs

Logo customization: embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, sublimation, puff print

Any placement: chest, back, sleeve, collar, or anywhere you want
